• Delay it by a few days or weeks
• Change your pack — move between 1, 2 or 3 bottles; your delivery schedule updates automatically (30 / 60 / 90 days to match)

None of these require a phone call, a chat with a retention agent, or a reason.
How billing works
We email you before every renewal, showing the exact charge date. If you don't act on that email, your card is charged on the date shown and the next pack ships. You can skip, delay or cancel any time before that date to avoid the charge.
How to cancel
• Log into your account (or use the link in any confirmation/reminder email).
• Go to your subscription.
• Select Cancel.
That's it — nothing is charged after you cancel, and there's no confirmation call or offer screen standing in the way.
What cancelling does and doesn't do
Cancelling stops future shipments and charges. It doesn't retroactively refund past orders — if you're within 90 days of a specific order and aren't satisfied with it, see Returns & Refunds; that's a separate action from cancelling.
