Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We don't yet ship to APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or outside the US — see our FAQ for updates on this.
Shipping cost
• Orders of $50 or more: free US shipping.
• Orders under $50 (the 1-bottle pack): shipping is calculated at checkout.
This threshold applies identically to first orders, subscription renewals, and gift orders.
Processing time
Orders placed before [ORDER CUTOFF TIME] [TIMEZONE] ship the same business day. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on a weekend, ship the next business day.
Carrier and delivery estimate
We ship via [CARRIER NAME]. Estimated delivery time is [ESTIMATED DELIVERY WINDOW] from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.
Subscription shipments
If you're on a subscription, each renewal ships automatically on the cadence matched to your pack: every 30 days for 1 bottle, every 60 for 2, every 90 for 3. You'll get a separate tracking email for every shipment, including renewals.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also see tracking for every order, including past renewals, from your account.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within a reasonable time of the estimate above, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we'll make it right.
